Delivery AND RETURNS
*IMPORTANT* When your project board arrives, please check your parcels condition carefully before signing for it. If the packaging is damaged you should either reject the delivery or contact us immediately with images of the damaged packaging prior to opening. If after opening the parcel you find the board is damaged please contact us immediately.
We only ship to buyers within the UK.
All our boards are handmade to order, current waiting time is estimated at 8-10 days. Once finished your board(s) will be shipped via Parcelforce on a 48hr delivery (UK Mainland orders). You will be provided with a tracking number and any additional details when your order has been shipped.
Shipping fees are as follows:
UK Mainland Delivery
Shipping Fee - 12.00 GBP (first board), then +10 GBP for each additional board
UK Non-Mainland Delivery

Locations including Isle of Man, Isles of Sicilly & Northern Ireland. Typically orders are delivered within 3-4 working days post dispatch.

*IMPORTANT* If on placing a shipment we find that your address is non-mainland and/or the shipping fee greatly exceeds our estimate we reserve the right to ask you to pay the difference prior to shipping. If this cannot be agreed we will refund you in full.
RETURNS
Because our items are handmade to order we aren't able to accept returns unless the item is damaged in delivery. That said, we want every customer to be pleased with their purchase so if you are deeply unhappy with your board then please reach out to us within 24hrs of your delivery to discuss. The main barrier to returns is the cost of postage and the delicate nature of the product. Although we charge £12 for postage the actual cost we pay to send the larger boards is far higher.
If you need to return the board it is essential that you DO NOT throw away the packaging your board arrived in. If the board has to be returned it must be wrapped exactly as it arrived to ensure it arrives back to us safely (we will send you visual instructions).
